Smoking in Reno

Good evening to all. I am happy to say that I have returned to the wonderful world of smoking. In the past I have used a Brinkman charcoal drum. Now a new Cajun injector is on the way.
I also use a charmglo infrared grill.
I live with my wife and 2 pugs in Reno. Not far from the annual Sparks rib cook off.
