Smoking in ny

Hey all been following this forum since i started smoking last year, decided i should become an actual member. Gotten tons of great tios and advise from here and looking forward to interacting with all of you more. Ive done a few successful smokes thanks to the advise here but being a firefighter i guess playing with smoke and fire is in my blood.

Ahh...pretty country....if you can see it under the snow. Do you do anything useful there like hunting, trapping or fishing? :)

Our farm was between Auburn and Skaneateles.

FWIW, I first became an EMT forty years ago when I was stationed in Washington state. Given all the layers of stuff and the ongoing training required today I have to take my hat off to current EMS folks. Thank you for being willing to pitch in.
