I just joined this site today because every time I go online for tips or tricks on BBQing or smoking, I always end up here. Seems to be the best place for advice so i figured might as well join. Always interested in quick and easy recipes with little prep time or work throughout. I prefer beef but will do pork. Looking forward to much good quing and smoking to come.
