Howdy folks

Recently had a double barrel smoker made and it has been working like a charm, other than a few mods it needs made.

I got my hands in all sorts of local woods from fruit tree orchards, and the local meats are awesome with local pig farms, backard raised chickens and turkeys and even trout less than one hour away

I have been smoking with a local fruit wood called capulin and it is amazing, like nothing i tried before

perfect for poultry and even pork

I have also been experimenting with local ingredients for souce including all sorts of local smoked peppers and fresh tomatoes and tomatillos

I'll keep you updated with future endeavours after the mods on my double barrel are made

happy smokes y'all

Hello and welcome to you Sir, sounds like you are

doing just fine.

You certainly picked the right place to land.

There is many years of smoking experience here.

Keep on smokin'                                 Ed

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum, from a cloudy, cool and rainy looking day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
