Smoking in a small garden with neighbours

Hi,

I enjoy a great bbq, and would love to try smoking, but have a small garden with close next door neighbours. Understand a great smoke can take many hours. My question is can I smoke with out smoking my neighbours washing, or is this not possible?

Do you mean your neighbors clothing hanging out to dry? I'd think the easiest thing to do would be to talk to them and arrange to smoke when they're not drying the laundry. Sharing the bounty of the smoker will go a long way toward forging a good relationship with them as well. Good for you for being a conscientious neighbor!
