hello all. my name is matt. i live in the mountains of Colorado, 10,000ft above sea level. my dad, in Michigan, has been building cookers to roast pigs and smoking as long as i can remember. i've been smoking on my own for at least the past 5 or 6 years.

i have a couple of ECBs, with extra racks and that i can stack, and a little aluminum electric smoker. last summer some friends and i built a gas fired pig roaster out of a 500 gallon propane tank, affectionately referred to as the baby african elephant cooker. i'm looking for some advise on my new cooker, so i'll post some more info/pics soon.
