I have an 11 pound traditional ham that says ready to cook. The instructions say slow cook to internal temperature of 148 degrees at 350 degrees. Any suggestions on how to smoke this in a Master Built smoker at a lower temperature? Thanks.

smoking at a lower temp is fine.. it will just take longer.. approx. 6 hours is how long it takes mine...

Thanks,

New to smoking hams. Temp. around 240 degrees ?

Thanks for the info. Will try tomorrow.
