smoking drag

I love to smoke meat chicken and wild game I have a 14 foot small Starcraft and a 22 foot Starcraft Islande fish walleyes in Saginaw Bay I am retired now and have al the time during the week when it's not so crowded my son and me go after salmon and steelhead trout I smoked salmon and use it for trade barter and give away to family and friends I have a Brinkman
    then side burner smoker little chef any old refrigerator how use for cold smoking so I don't do that very much but it's there if I need it now that I have the time hope this helps I've never joined a form before but I guess it's a good time to do it thanks leonard gross pS I live in the rosebush Michigan between Mount Pleasant and claire
