smoking commercial pepperoni

I been looking through other folks posts but haven't seen anything about smoking store bought pepperoni .Anyone have a a temp and time frame for putting the smoke to a stick or two of pepperoni ? Thanks, CM

 I would cold smoke it for 2 or 3 hours.
