Hey All!

I'm new at smoking meats. I have a MasterBuilt Electric smoker.

When smoking meats is it best to open the air vents all the way or close them down so very little smoke escapes?


I answered this in your other thread, but here it is again.

You want to keep the top vent wide open so the smoke moves thru the smoker.

You don't want to restrict the flow.
