I got some chicken sausage at the pigly wiggly and want to smoke them. Any ideas about how to prepare them and what temp and how long?

Thanks,
Greg

I would just say be careful with the heat, in my experience the chicken sausages are prone to bursting their skins.

I did the chicken sausage and it turned out great. I put some rub on them and put it in the smoker at 230 degrees. I used apple wood and it took about 2hrs and 30 min to
Get to 165 degrees.
I cut up some red potatoes and mixed them in olive oil and the rub and put them in the oven for about 30 min then moved them to the smoker to finnish them.
Everything came out with a great flavor.
