Smoking up some legs for a potluck at work.  This is a pic of them about a hour and a half into the smoke.  Looking and smelling good.

Since I have the Brinkmann gourmet electric I dont have much of a choice so it's about 240.  I have to give the sand in the water bowl trick a try with chicken soon.

MMMMmmmm......

You're right---It does smell good!!!

What did you sauce them with? The sauce looks crunchy! yum.

Did not sauce them only rub.  I have not had a need for rub, I loved them as is so I have left them alone.  One day I may sauce them but not yet.

Hey Littlesmokey, good looking legs, and the bite looks good too.

I noticed you don't have a Leg rack(avail. @ Lowe's, HD, BassPro., etc.,just what every well intentioned Smoker needs.

Good job, they look great!

Those don't look like they need a sauce.  That would ruin it for me anyway.  LOL

Good luck and good smoking.

Oldschool you got me a bit excited mentioning the leg rack, have a rib rack but was not aware of a lef rack.  Guess who will be at lowes this week.
