The reason i asked is becasue it is on sale for $1.99/lb in Plano, TX at Tom Thumb. Seems like a hell of a price seeing that it is usually over $5/lb

I have made jerky out of it (and will again) but have never done anything else with it. I am going to do some research later on, but thought i would come hear and get some input.

BTW just but a deep freezer and need to pack it up.
 
I like to marinade in MoJo or Allegro overnight then smoke to rare and slice thin after resting in a warm dry cooler. I will say its not my favorite cut for smoking but I do like to do them once in awhile
