I just scored this Carter Hoffman warmer cabinet and it is all original. I will be converting to either charcoal or wood but I'm worried about what type of insulation is in it. The manufacturer said its fiberglass but doesn't say the max temp. It says the heating elements go up to 200. Anyone know if it'll be safe to run 225-250? Thank you. I'm a long time member but I don't post much.
