How you guys doing! So previous thread about smoking pork ribs wihtout any rub or sauce, decided to do it. Started around 9pm and finished about 5 min ago. Was only a 3lb rack. But my god I have some good munchies here. Wished someone was up to enjoy it with me. Smoking Al I dedicate this rack of ribs to you!!!It smells and tastes awesome

Temp internally was 195°F falling off the bone type of deal. Nice bark, pink on the outside from the smoke and inside nice and tan. I consider that done. You guys may wanna try this approach, skip the rubs and sauces and go for it. Salute!

It's pretty amazing how much flavor you get with just pork & smoke!
