Smoking a pig

    Just wondering if anyone has any input on smoking a pig? I am pitching a new smoker which will be a char griller smoking champ. The cook chamber has an area of 680 sq inches on the grates. I plan on adding all the mods and buying the tuning plate. Is it possible to smoke a 25-30lb dressed pig on this?
