Just about anything you can come up with will work great.  The spiral sliced ham should be fully cooked and cured so all you are doing is adding flavor.  What kind of flavor do you like?  How about a bit of brown sugar, pineapple slices, maybe some cinammon and cloves?  Or your favorite butt rub or make it with a Southwestern style with maybe some smoked chipolte powder, cumin and honey?
