looking good. Cant wait to see the results.
 
I panned the butts at 170...I was not looking for a lot of bark on this smoke.
I then pulled the butts @ 205, plenty of bone wiggle


An hours rest.


I got about 3, 1/2 pans of pulled pork.


Vacuum sealed and put in the freezer...no plate shots


I also done some chicken thighs and wings which is what's for supper.
Having trouble loading.
