Boston butt is on the smoker as I type this and ribs are about to go on shortly. Cooking at approx. 250 degrees.

ribs were fall off the bone tender when unwrapped. They are now sauced and back on. The pork butt is at about 170 so a little bit to go.Getting near time for an update. Looking forward to the pix!
