Smoking 4 butts, q-view in progress

So I'm just wondering how long did it take to cook 4 butts at 250 deg?  I'm doing the same but, I'm adding two 12lbs briskets to it.  just looken for an estimate. Chris

I normally do 2 and it takes about 18 hours.  There wasn't much difference doing 4.  I rotated them around periodically and had one hit 185 in about 17 hours, the 2nd one came off at 18 hours and the last two I left on for about 19.5, mainly because I was eating by then and just let them keep cooking.  I have a digital thermometer with 2 probes, so I would swap them around every 2-3 hours.  When the ones closest to the fire would get 10 or more degrees ahead of the others, I'd rotate the shoulders around on the smoker.  It wasn't a lot different from doing 2.
