For smoking 2 shoulders of this size, do I need to add any extra time? First time trying out 2 at once.

Might give yourself an hour extra cushion but generally 2 butts cook in about the same amount of time as 1, provided they're close to the same weight and thickness.

Thank you. They are about the same size, 10.08 / 10.89. The larger one had a thicker fat cap on it, so the trim should bring them close to even.
