Hey everybody...
Just joined this site after I got an injection recipe from it on line in one of the forums. Not a newbie smoker, I've had my Rec Tec pellet smoker since last summer. I've used it for several different cuts of meet but I'm looking to up my game this summer and I think I'll get the help here... I hope to learn a ton and answer a few questions along the way, if possible. Looking to be part of SMF for a long time to come.
