Well, my name is Jeremy, I live in Grayson County KY, and I just started smoking meat last year some time. With the direction of my father-in-law and a few pointers from here, I have become quite good at what I do. I'm looking forward to learning more about grilling, smoking, and just creating awesome pieces of meat in general.
