New dude to the forum. Reside in Alabama and enjoy cooking in the kitchen & smoking on my Big Green Egg. I like the science side of smoking and cooking and I am really talented at the consumption element. I am employed in the Inspection Industry but presently working on a plan of escape. Looking to gain some tips and tricks making some awesome ribs and brisket seeing how these two turn out just ok.Butts duck turkeys and goose seem to really turn out well. Willing to try any recipes and its great to be here.
