It started at 1:30 and unfortunately the temp took off on me. It was going to be an indirect cook rather than smoking.  Got temp back under control, grill at 225 and meat at 153.  It's about 2 hours to go so going to need a push in temperature soon to get done.

(Temp dropped 8 degrees as I typed this. Time to stop playing on the computer and get upstairs)

Wish me luck!

You hit the stall, just ride it out, with the smoker temp up to 290* it should push through pretty fast.

I added more c/coal and the temp went up to 330 before sliding back.  It was almost done to perfection. The sauce took it over the top, a JD Glaze!  (Matching amounts of whiskey, brown sugar and soy sauce with a dash of garlic)

So, there is a stall?
