Decided instead of hitting the local watering hole for Sat evening to do a little smokin'. Picked up some ribs and a whole chicken. Well picked up enough ribs for an army. Command central is up and running, ribs on both smokers and the chicken (beer can) is on the grill. Only cloud here in the Upstate of SC is from my smokers!! I'll post qview later.
