Howdy From New Hampshire,
I grew up with Barbecue, my dad served as a cook in Korea and learned how to cue from a good army buddy of his from Louisiana. As far back as I can remember, my dad would run his cement block, expanded metal grate pit almost year round, quite a feat in February with the snow flying and the wind howling !
I run a Smokey Mountain 18" bullet and a Smokey Joe 14 " grill, It's just me and Momma now. so the combo works Great for us ! Really looking forward to meeting people who do their own thing.
