Been saying I was going to do this for some time and finally got around to it.

One lesson learned, less depth in scoring
 
It is pretty good but could be better. Didn't help that my med side effect reared its head and got nauseous.
 
It may be sliced deep but those are some nice scores ! Mine were not too pretty. Getting old and couldn't see my cuts . Maybe if I rubbed the mustard on BEFORE the scoring ?

I didn't have any sauce available yet to add to it. Grocier didn't have monkfruit on hand otherwise I would have tried a vinegar sauce.

I cut it in half first instead of trying to roll it. It almost reminds me of the blooming balogna burn end video I saw.

Mustard beforehand could help for sure.
 
Like Torc I cut mine in half first but then I only cut on score down the length of the chub. That's all it takes.
