Got a 13 lb full packer ready to go on. Straying from tried and true method of Central Texas style. Using the Diva Q 180 brisket recipe. I've done several of her other recipes and they were awesome, so I thought, "what the hell". I'll let you know how it turns out.
 
Nothing like experience.
Watching for the finish.

Way too much fussing with it for me, I just don't have the energy to micro manage a brisket anymore.
