Got a 13 lb full packer ready to go on. Straying from tried and true method of Central Texas style. Using the Diva Q 180 brisket recipe. I've done several of her other recipes and they were awesome, so I thought, "what the hell". I'll let you know how it turns out.
 
Looking forward to the finished product. Will be waiting to see how it turns out. Hope you post some pics.

Way too much fussing with it for me, I just don't have the energy to micro manage a brisket anymore.
I'm hot and fast these days.
