Smoked some burgers in the barrel grill with chunk of hickory. Still my favorite grill. They came out so good. Made some sloppy joe's with 2 of the left overs. Been using this recipe for long time now. Very good and fairly low carb. After dumping everything in realized I shouldn't of halved the recipe and added more. Was thinking recipe was for 2 lbs. So darn good I had to eat 2. The smoke really came through. I knew I made extra burgers for a reason. After 2 failed attempts at making Chaffle buns got the real thing! These are the last of my Garlic Habanero pickles. Thanks Steve for the inspiration. These really turned out good and crispy! Time to make more. I really got to start writing down recipes.

Great use of leftovers. I have not thought of making sloppy joes with left over burgers. Adding to the gotta try list.
