Hi

I have a 210 liter drum that I want to convert into a gas smoker

can someone help me with drawings on how to do it

Hello.  Welcome.  I see this is your first post.  Please take some time and swing over to Roll Call and introduce yourself so that we may give you a proper "Hello".  All info you can provide us with such as smoker type, location and so on will help us answer any questions you may have, and pictures help a bunch.  As for your question: Why propane?  A charcoal UDS works GREAT!  Also what is your location as that may help us to tell you where to get supplies.  Keep Smokin!

I just thought of propane as it is less of a hassle, and maybe better to control your heat, I'm just scared that your food will taste like charcoal .

I would really like to start with smoking it looks like a lot of fun and we do like the outdoor activities in South Africa.

I would appreciate if anyone can assist me

Regards

Nico
