Smoker quit in middle of smoking sausage went up to 135 degrees and dropped to 100 degrees.Will it hurt to finish in oven till it reaches 156 degrees with it dropping to 100 degrees.
 
Nope, Oven or Poaching to get it up to temp will be fine...JJ
