Wondering what other enthusiasts might use for bigger cooks. By bigger cooks, I mean ~50-100 people.

I have a UDS, but on bigger parties I end up having to do a couple of runs to get all the meat done. So without spending thousands on a trailer setup, what is everyone else doing once friends and family "discover" you tasty talents?

Well if you don't want to buy or build a big enough rig to do that much, then just build ya a couple more UDS's and go from there. But if you have the tools and access to scrap, you can build a trailer rig pretty cheap.

Boykjo,

No, those are a collection of pretty much all the custom smokers that members here have built.  I put together a thread in the custom smokers forum that shows them all.  That is why they all show up in my album.  Here is the link to the thread.  http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/forum/thread/97195/custom-smoker-build-categorized ..  There are a couple of mine in there and more that need to be added.
