does anyone have advice on the purchase of either the D meat barrel smoker or the pit barrel cooker

I was looking in to the D meat barrel and emailed them with questions, never heard from them. Have read other posts on youtube channels with the same type of response from the company. doesn't seem like they really want to sell their product or support it.
