I could fit a few chunks of meat in that.
 
When are you starting the build?
That tank looks bigger than 3,000 gallon.
You will have the biggest smoke around with that beast.
Are you going reverse flow? How many grates are you thinking?

I didn't buy it, but that's the first think I thought of when I seen it. A smoker.

What sized firebox would you need? It's way to big for me.

Calculates out to about 2700 gallons. I'm in! I'm bored with mine. lol
 
A whole 500 gallon tank should do well as a fire box.
 
I couldn't afford to fill it with meat. And if one of you builds a smoker out of that. Could you give me heads up when your going to the store to buy meat to fill it. :biggrin:
