I have the Landman Great Outdoors Smoky Mountain 20" x 34" Gas Smoker. I really like the smoker but the smoker box is not very big. Is there anything else I can use to replace the small smoker box without buying a bigger box? Would a Stainless steel plate, a pan, or bread pan work? Or anything you would recommend? Thanks!

First, welcome to SMF.  When you have a chance, go over to the Roll Call area, post an intro there and get a proper SMF welcome.

Some folks use a cast iron fry pan as their smoker box which can give you more volume.  Bread pans have also been used.

Good luck,

Curt.
