has anyone ever put a fan in their smoker somehow to make it a dehydrator??? i want to put a small fan in my smoke stack (out feed) to help draw the smoke from my smoke chamber. everything is electric, no charcoal. i want to put the fan on a speed dial, but i was thinking i could use it to dehydrate also.....any thoughts???
