Hi, my name is Joe. I live in Northern Calif. I have been smoking food for about five years and want to lean a lot more about smoking and curing food. I am using a smokintex (my sons). I used Master Built for years but they just die quick. I love grilling and I'm pretty good with a Weber and love smoking food.
I plan to build a small smoke house for my next smoker, probably gas burner with a smoke generator. any comments on that would be appreciated. I like the look of the wood exterior smoke house. I need a cooking area of about 30" wide 20" deep and about 4' tall.
