Chris, My Dad had me out on St Albans Bay back in the sixties catching perch, I've had lots of practice . :)

I've eaten my weight a few times over in great lakes perch, but never had them smoked. Interesting.

Ah so were you a Bobwhite? I was a seahorse during my high school days. St. Albans bay is only about 10 mins. from where I live now.

Chris, The family ended up leaving St Albans as my Dad was stationed there at the AFB. He had 2 years to go and they shipped him to Va. after the 2 years we ended up in Essex ,we starting fishing Shelburne Bay then for perch.
