Smoked Yardbirds

Smoked two yard birds today. 24 hr brine, Tony Chachere's 1/2 n 1/2 Original and More, two shots of Knob Creek Smoked Maple Bourbon in a cup of water in the liquid holding pan, Traeger pecan pellets in AmazN Pellet Smoker in MES 40. Babies got back.
