Did the sous vide pasteurization on turkey from Thanksgiving and threw in fridge. Took thighs out today and tasted as good as day bagged hem Made some enchiladas with them.

Saute some onion.

Used my red sauce made few months back and added some tomato and chipotle heated than add cilantro.

Used these tortilla. Would of been better with corn. These got kinda of soggy.

Out of oven and plated. Good but really need the corn. Got messy taking out of pan.

I was planning on making my own coconut flour tortilla's but after a couple porters and the brewery that did not happen. These did not work well in this kind of dish. Got real doughy.

One of out favorite meals, but we usually do them vegetarian.

I was not realy sure about that sous vide pasteurization but it worked great. Will be using on my ham. I do not like cooked meats after they been frozen. Kinda of watery and texure thing.
