Smoked Turkey Breast Resting Time

So I am smoking a few 6-8 lb turkey breast this weekend for an event. I plan on doing them in the morning and then taking them to the event in the evening. What are everyone's thoughts on how to travel with them? Wrap and throw in a cooler, pre slice and throw in crock pot or a pan? There should be about 3-4 hours between coming off of smoker and serving. Any thoughts are appreciated.
