Thanks Rich for the nice comments.John , I thought I left a comment .
That's a favorite meal of mine for sure . Wish I had a mountain to cook it on ! Nice work .
Thanks Travis, and I am not a veg fan as you know but this is a good way to eat zukes!I'm still on the search for tri tip like some others. Yours looks great! And I'd eat a whole plate full of the zucchini!
Thanks Joe for the like, and kind words buddy.Boy they look good John! I have two in the freezer, hopefully one gets cooked next week.
Very nicely done!
Thanks for the like JC, and since I am from back east originally I had never heard of a tri-tip either until I moved to Phoenix.Nice looking cook. Tri-tip is one of those items that I first learned of in this forum. So glad I did. That reminds me. I am out of tri-tips......

Thanks Brian, I am getting better at it, but if one looks not so good blame the alcohol.Very nice plating. Something that I have hard time with. By the time ready to eat usually had a couple cocktails and in a hurry to eat.
Thanks Brian for the nice comment.Looks really good John.

Thanks Jeff for the like, I don't know yours looked pretty darn good my friend!Beautiful stuff John! That came out better than my first tri tip a few weeks ago for sure. Looks far juicier. I have three more to practice on.
Thanks Rich! Good idea I am going to try that as I don't do roasts too much because Sue like everything well done.Nice work John . I've only had tri tip once ( just don't see it here ) and it was fantastic . I like mine mooing , but others don't . I use beef stock in a pot ( just heated , no boil ) to further cook slices to others liking . Works great .
Great lookin meal you had there .

Man that's a great looking TT John. I love the zucchini too. We're baking/roasting a lot of veggies and just loving it. I'll take a plateful for sure.
