John , I thought I left a comment .
That's a favorite meal of mine for sure . Wish I had a mountain to cook it on ! Nice work .
Thanks Rich for the nice comments.

I'm still on the search for tri tip like some others. Yours looks great! And I'd eat a whole plate full of the zucchini!
Thanks Travis, and I am not a veg fan as you know but this is a good way to eat zukes!

Boy they look good John! I have two in the freezer, hopefully one gets cooked next week.

Very nicely done!
Thanks Joe for the like, and kind words buddy.

Hope you do get to cook one and get it posted...

Nice looking cook. Tri-tip is one of those items that I first learned of in this forum. So glad I did. That reminds me. I am out of tri-tips......

JC :emoji_cat:
Thanks for the like JC, and since I am from back east originally I had never heard of a tri-tip either until I moved to Phoenix.

Very nice plating. Something that I have hard time with. By the time ready to eat usually had a couple cocktails and in a hurry to eat.
Thanks Brian, I am getting better at it, but if one looks not so good blame the alcohol. :emoji_laughing:
Looks really good John.
Thanks Brian for the nice comment.

John

Robert
Thank you for the like Robert, and nice comment.

Beautiful stuff John! That came out better than my first tri tip a few weeks ago for sure. Looks far juicier. I have three more to practice on.
Thanks Jeff for the like, I don't know yours looked pretty darn good my friend!

Nice work John . I've only had tri tip once ( just don't see it here ) and it was fantastic . I like mine mooing , but others don't . I use beef stock in a pot ( just heated , no boil ) to further cook slices to others liking . Works great .
Great lookin meal you had there .
Thanks Rich! Good idea I am going to try that as I don't do roasts too much because Sue like everything well done.

Man that's a great looking TT John. I love the zucchini too. We're baking/roasting a lot of veggies and just loving it. I'll take a plateful for sure.
