Hello fellow smokers. It's been a while. Thanksgiving is coming up and I'm fixing to smoke my first turkey in the Traeger. I have a brining kit so I can brine the bird for 24 hrs. Any thoughts on how to smoke it without drying it out? Also want some ideas on a turkey fryer as well. In Dec, I want to fry my turkey.
