Just a Qview .12 lb turkey smoked for 6 hours ..totaly eaten in 2..lol

..RICH I DIDNT USE THAT DIPSTICK ..THERE MUST OF BEEN 10 SPOTS WHERE I POKED MY MEAT THERMO AFTER THAT POPPED UP....12 HOURAS OF BRINE..OH SO TENDER..I SHOULD OF TAKEN A PICK WHILE I WAS CARVING..EVERYTHING PERFECT..TO BAD THERES NONE LEFT NO SANDIES FOR ME

Nice job Mike! I just put a turkey (19.9 lb) in about 40 minutes ago. I pulled the popper out and brined it overnight. Hope it looks as good as yours.
 
I tried to pull a leg of that thing for breakfast and all I get is a tink tink tink tink!
