So last weekend was a 2 night trip to GA to see the in laws. I got a request for ribs. I saw Walmart had whole spares $1.84# so I got three. I made two honey sweet and one bacon Chipotle. Here is how they come out


Trimmed, seasoned, overnight, on the smoker, added sauce, let it set up

They were a huge success!

Good looking ribs, brother! Looks like the in-laws ate good last weekend.

Ty yea we all ate good. We had a party by the pool of the hotel we were staying. Good times by all!

They look great, but you forgot to trim them to a St. Louis cut..

The first pic was before they were trimmed. I cut off the rib tips and cooked them separate with a different rub and sauce. I didn't square the end of the rack because once I have the tips off I figure it will taste ok.
