I had a butternut squash on the counter for a couple weeks I have been thinking about. It just so happens I was given a couple Ribeye steaks. Hmmm I have smoked lots of veggies and very much enjoy them. I usually bake the squash so this went into the smoker halved cored buttered with brown sugar and cinnamon added. Did at 325-350 for 50 min until fork tender. Added some corn on the cob and then threw the seasoned (spog) steaks on. Turned out really good. Thx for looking.
