I have smoked prime ribs for Christmas in the past and they have always been delicious.  I was wondering if anyone knew of a brining recipe or a smoking technique that makes them extra special?

I have an AMNPS to use this year and I would like to try something a little different.

As always, I'd appreciate any feedback.

No Brining required.  Keep them simple...coat with worsty sauce, salt, pepper, onion and garlic. rosemary and that's about it.  No sense messing with what works. Smoke to rare and flash grill for those that want it more done.

Barry.

I'm with the others  KISS.. The best one I smoked just had Kosher salt and black pepper, that's all and it was great. Let the meat do the talking not sauces and rubs.. JMO..
