Smoked pork Steak???

Im sitting here and wondering what to do for dinner, I was thinking about Smoked Pork Chops, however after a quick scan of the Freezer i can not find chops :(  I do however did find Pork Steak--Anyone tried to smoke Pork Steaks?? I mean it sounds good to me, but anyone have any tips???

Isn't a pork steak just a thick boneless porkchop?  I bet a reverse sear on that bad boy would be awesome, 'course you would need to take the IT up to about 140 for pork before slapping on a hot grill!

If I had some pork steaks, I believe that is what I would do!!!  Reverse sear (smoke it) to an IT of about 135-140 then throw it on a hot grill - 2 - 3 minutes on each side - maybe serve with some fried apples and a nice side salad.
